The fee includes all linens, a fully stocked
kitchen including, glassware, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and a before and after cleaning service, as well as utilities.
While we understand the effects of normal wear and tear, we require a refundable cleaning/breakage deposit of 250
EUR. This should be a seperate cash payment. This will be returned to you prior to your departure.
From October
to April, the fee is 800 EUROs per week.
From May through September, the fee is 1100 EUROs per week.

A 20% deposit is due upon booking with the balance
due 30 days before the rental commences. A full refund is available if cancellation is within 90 days. After that the refund
will be prorated. Rentals for the months of July and August require that the balance be paid 90 days before the rental commences.
We prefer that rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, however if you have a need for a different start day, let us
know.
