Our Languedoc village house is totally renovated
with central heating, private roof terrace, exposed beams and stone work, and tiled floors. It is suitable for holiday rentals
year round.
Central heating makes it ideal for cozy winter days and evenings.
During the summer, the stone construction
of the house and ceiling fans in the kitchen,living and dining rooms, and bedrooms (one is air conditioned), keeps you cool
after a busy day at the beach or sightseeing.

As
you walk through the front door you are in a hall with a door to the right leading into the laundry area(equipped with washer
and a dryer). Stairs straight ahead lead up to the living space on the first and second floors.

Up
the stairs and through a glazed door and you enter an open plan area with a small entrance hall and living room, with comfortable
seating. Here tiled floors, white walls, exposed beams and stone create a spacious and gracious warm ambience.

There
is a wood burning fire place (there is a supply of logs in the garage)and a multi format television with satellite reception,
a video recorder and dvd player.
The adjacent diningroom sits up to 12.

The
kitchen is a "cook's kitchen", fully equipped with anything needed to prepare a delicious meal from your morning's
shopping at the market. It includes a large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher,four burner stove, electric oven, microwave,
food mixer etc.

There
are three bedrooms. Two have a double bed and the third has a single bed. All the bedrooms are equiped with bedside tables
& lamps, as well as ample clothes storage space.

There
are two full new WC and baths in the house. The one on the first floor is equiped with a combination tub/shower. On the second
floor, the ensuite bathroom has a shower.

There is also
a completely private (not overlooked) 20m² terrace. Exposed stone walls, tiled floor, part covered for shade, sink, refrigerator,gas
barbecue and outside furniture make this an ideal spot for outside dining or just enjoying Summer, Spring and Autumn evenings.
